Terms of Service
By using PadelPuntos ("the app", "we", "our"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You're responsible for the activity on your account. Don't share your credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
Acceptable Use
Don't:
- Use PadelPuntos to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
- Attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the app.
- Use the app for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
Your Content
You own the content you put into PadelPuntos — match scores, group names, profile info, photos. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content to the members of the groups you're in, solely to provide the app.
Subscriptions
- PadelPuntos Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription sold through Apple's App Store.
- Billing happens through your Apple ID. We never see your payment details.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard policy.
Disclaimers
PadelPuntos is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that Elo calculations will always resolve every debate at the bar.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PadelPuntos and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (typically zero for free users, or the total subscription fees paid).
Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue PadelPuntos entirely, we will notify you by email and offer a data export.
Changes to These Terms
If we materially change these terms, we'll notify you by email and post an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
